Supervisor Level Quality Assuarance - Our QA Policy

We at Rangtuli Graphics accomplish this through our team efforts and by using innovative state of the art technology in all of our products and services. Rangtuli as a image processing unit committed to develop human resources to maintain its pioneering and leading position. As an example, we have formulated our quality system such that is consistent with worlds best image processing companies and other regulatory requirements. The procedure and practices that comprise and implement the standardization system are documented and made know to all employees though employee orientation, training and by the uniform application of them in the daily operations of the business.

Our Quality Assurance happens in 4 steps:

Image Editor Level QA

Each of our image editors are keen about quality work and consistently maintain high quality in their work. Each image editing task is performed with great care without any type of error. If required, our editors redo the work.

Supervision Level QA

We have image editing supervisors who constantly and consistently monitor the work of the image editors. During supervision, each work is carefully monitored and in cases of any error, the work is refined from the suggestions of the supervisor.

Exclusive QA Team

After the work is marked finished by the image editing supervisor, our exclusive QA team starts their work. The team is dedicated to find any inconsistency and error in work. The QA team mark marks the work done and quality assured and hand them over to the delivery team.

Delivery Level QA

While delivery is done for our clients, QA is done carefully once again. Apart from QA, our delivery team also closely monitors if the work is in compliance with the customer requirement.

Service Warranty

With this 4 step Quality Assurance, we are able to provide Top-notch quality. Even after such rigorous quality assurance process, if any error is found, we also provide service warranty. The service warranty covers rework or cash back, since we show zero tolerance in quality and commitment.
